Some of Our Suppliers

St Paul's is an integral part of London and the local community. That's why as much of the delicious food we serve to you comes from local suppliers. Which makes good sense to us, to them and, we hope, to you too.

St Paul's Special Edition Regent's Park Honey

Honey2

With the decline of the British honey bee population and stories of colony collapse very much in the news, we are especially proud to have our own bees housed within Regent's Park.

Managed by renowned bee keeper, Toby Mason, they produce a magnificent and ever-so-slightly scented honey – try it in our honey ice and gingerbread sandwich in the Restaurant, or if you want to take some home, we now sell it in the Cafe in 45g and 227g jars.

Smoked Salmon from Chalk Farm

The Fulberg family has been involved in the fish business for four generations and in 1936 W&F Fish was established in Chalk Farm, where the company began curing its own salmon. They continue to strive to provide the best smoked salmon, using the best sourced raw fish from Scottish lochs along with traditional salting, drying and smoking methods. Both their regular and aged '24 hour' smoked salmon are delicious!

Fruit & Veg

FruitVeg2

Known as ‘London’s Larder’, Candice along with all our chefs, source the majority of their fruit and vegetables from New Covent Garden Market, daily.

We are lucky to have a knowledgeable and fantastic supplier, in Kirby's, to enable us to secure truly seasonal, fresh and British grown, where possible, fruit and veg, as we believe it does make the difference.

Best of British from Neal’s Yard Dairy

NYD2

The name Neal's Yard Dairy is very much synonymous with fabulous artisan British farmhouse cheeses. The business has grown through their passion for the product and the immense knowledge they have using small independent British cheesemakers, such as the Nottinghamshire dairy that supplies the Stichelton that appears on the Restaurant menu.

Randolph Hodgson, the owner, was also instrumental in founding and committee management at the infamous Borough Market.

Flour Power City Bakery

Flour power - suppliers

Bread is an emotive subject, with everyone having an opinion on the ideal sandwich loaf, or the best type of bloomer. We use a number of bakeries to supply St Paul's and our other sites, and although we make all our own cakes at St Pauls, we prefer to source our bread from great bakers such as Flour Power City Bakery.

We have been fans for many years through their legendary cheese straws sold at Borough Market, and we are very happy that they now supply us, particularly for their speciality breads.

England Preserves Jam

Preserves - suppliers

England Preserves specialise in making artisan jams and preserves using the finest organic ingredients and are normally only found in the best delis and cheese shops in the country. They use local high quality ingredients from farmers they know, as well as inspiration from the past to create a collection of preserves that celebrate the authentic flavours of the countryside.

Nothing is synthetic - just good honest ingredients, cooked with copious amounts of care! You can now buy a selection of England Preserve jams from the Cafe too.

Ethically sourced coffee from Union Hand Roasters

Union Coffee

This is an artisan coffee company which combines exceptional quality with responsible buying. Working closely with the Ethical Trading Initiative, Jeremy Torz and Steven Macatonia trade directly with small family farms and cooperatives from across the globe, buying top quality Arabica beans which are then hand roasted in small batches at their roastery in East London.
