This unique 48 cover destination restaurant alongside a fabulous cafe and seating area in the Cathedral's Crypt. Open for lunch and quintessentially English afternoon teas, the kitchen is headed up by chef Candice Webber, providing up-to-date British food created from carefully considered ingredients. The menu changes regularly and there is a strong equal emphasis on provenance and seasonality throughout, to help tempt your tastebuds.
